4. AI Processing

One Goal Sherpa uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic's Claude API) to deliver personalized guidance. When you interact with the Sherpa, your mood, goals, reflection notes, and a compressed summary of your profile are sent to the AI service to generate responses. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. The AI service processes your data solely to provide you with real-time responses within the application.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our application, including cloud hosting (Vercel), database services (Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), analytics (PostHog), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), and payment processing (Stripe). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

• You may receive up to 4 messages per day, including goal reminders, encouragement, and daily prompts.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS in your account settings.
